So that consumers can feast to their heart’s content during the festive season, Le Patron doubles its staff in the period before Christmas – for the majority of the creations are made by hand.

Pâtés are particularly popular at Advent and on feast days. For this reason, the food designers at Le Patron have come up with a unique Advent pate using instantly recognisable Christmas ingredients and festive aromas: flavour-packed forcemeat made of pork and chicken livers, with a harmonious mix of figs, plums, sultanas, candied orange peel and gingerbread spice in the centre, and baked in a wonderful pate pastry. And the crowning glory: the fruity pear jelly.
