Pork filet in a hay flower coating

Möfag has come up with a very special creation: a pork filet, traditionally rubbed solely with curing salt, is smoked cold and then air-dried in a special hay flower coating.

Delicate in bite and unique in taste. This delicious pork fillet comes from the Möfag production plant, which was recently extended and modernized.

The enlargement of the clean room allowed the installation of new cutting lines and a new packaging plant, which guarantee even more quality and product safety. A centralized vacuum system as well as new cooling rooms, where heat recovery is used, provide a significant improvement in terms of energy consumption and work efficiency.
